Authenticity Guarantee

At Plural Skin, we only stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at support@pluralskin.com and we shall be happy to address your concerns.

At Plural Skin, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you order from us.

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible, typically within 3 to 7 days from the date of purchase. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that may cause a delay in shipping, we will proactively communicate with you via email to provide an explanation.

 

 

What is the price for the shipping?

For one pack a shipping fee of Rs. 40 is applicable. 

Free shipping on 2 or more packs

For products bought with the Cash on Delivery option, a charge of Rs. 50 shall be applied. 

What if my order doesn’t get delivered?

Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product, you have to contact us and we will resend it to you. If you've received a "Delivered" message and not really delivered to you, kindly inform us within 24 Hours of receiving the updates.

Shipment Tracking

You will be provided with a tracking number to track your orders. All the orders are processed.
